How do I submit immunizations?

Immunizations are received and processed by the Student Health Center.

Students can be admitted without immunizations, but must submit the proper documentation by the beginning of their second term. Go to  to learn how to submit your immunization records to our Student Health Center. Avoid registration delays by submitting your records as soon as possible. Immunization documents may be 1) uploaded to the Patient Portal, (LINK is 2) emailed to our secure email at or 3) faxed to 678-891-3036.
